may be recorded and stored temporarily for service delivery.

AI models
- No personal data in training:
Individual customer names, phone numbers, and specific identifying
details are never used for general model training
- Pro Learning: If you subscribe
to Pro features, your AI continuously improves based on your
specific business interactions
5. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data

- Service Providers:
Twilio (SMS/voice), Deepgram (voice AI/transcription), OpenAI
(AI processing), Stripe (payments), Supabase (authentication)
- Legal Requirements:

- Account data:
Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after
cancellation
- Message content:
Retained for service delivery; caller memory may persist to
maintain conversation context

retained for 30 days, then archived in aggregate form
- Business configuration:
Deleted 30 days after account cancellation
