  • Voice Call Data: When our AI receptionist answers your calls, we process audio for real-time transcription and AI response generation. Calls may be recorded and stored temporarily for service delivery.
  • SMS message content between your customers and our AI assistant
  • Call metadata (caller number, time, duration, transcripts)
  • Business configuration (hours, services, knowledge base, voice settings)
  • Usage analytics (call minutes, message counts, conversation metrics)

Payment Information

  • Payment details are processed directly by Stripe and are not stored on our servers
  • We receive only transaction confirmations and subscription status

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and maintain the QuikSMS service
  • Process voice calls with AI and generate real-time responses
  • Process SMS messages and generate AI-powered responses
  • Improve our AI models using aggregated, anonymized conversation patterns

4. AI Training and Data Learning

QuikSMS uses artificial intelligence to handle customer conversations. Regarding AI training:

  • Business-specific learning: Your AI learns from conversations with YOUR customers to better serve your business
  • Aggregated patterns: We use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our general AI models
  • No personal data in training: Individual customer names, phone numbers, and specific identifying details are never used for general model training
  • Pro Learning: If you subscribe to Pro features, your AI continuously improves based on your specific business interactions

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service Providers: Twilio (SMS/voice), Deepgram (voice AI/transcription), OpenAI (AI processing), Stripe (payments), Supabase (authentication)
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or legal process
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

6. Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after cancellation
  • Message content: Retained for service delivery; caller memory may persist to maintain conversation context
  • Analytics: Daily metrics retained for 30 days, then archived in aggregate form
  • Business configuration: Deleted 30 days after account cancellation

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

  • All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption
  • Passwords hashed using secure algorithms
  • Infrastructure hosted on enterprise-grade platforms (Cloudflare, Twilio, Supabase)
  • Access controls and audit logging

No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
